The room was comfortable and well-equipped and well-kept with decent wi-fi when I arrived. All the staff was very very helpful, solved my issues. It had quiet location, close to the main shopping areas and other restaurants, town centre and Gloucester. The place was located in a quiet street.

A pleasant hotel, we had a pleasant stay. There were extremely comfy beds and a sitting area, ironing facilities, and a study table inside the room. Pretty friendly staff gave advice on things to do.

The location was central, close to the town center and establishments.- The pub was lovely and cosy with delightful and helpful hosts.- The beer was good.- The surrounding areas were nice.- Cirencester Amphitheatre, just a short stroll away from the hotel, was interesting to explore.
